{"id":1029,"date":"2021-02-27T15:54:03","date_gmt":"2021-02-27T20:54:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=1029"},"modified":"2021-02-27T15:54:03","modified_gmt":"2021-02-27T20:54:03","slug":"cheesy-beef-goulash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=1029","title":{"rendered":"Cheesy Beef Goulash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><u>Ingredients<\/u>:<\/b><br \/>\n2 lbs ground beef<br \/>\n3 tsp minced garlic<br \/>\n3 c chicken\/beef broth or stock<br \/>\n2 TB red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n2 cans tomato sauce 15 oz cans<br \/>\n2 cans diced tomatoes 15 oz cans<br \/>\n3 bay leaves<br \/>\n3 TB soy sauce<br \/>\n1 TB seasoned salt<br \/>\n2 TB Italian seasoning<br \/>\n2 c elbow macaroni uncooked<br \/>\n1 c shredded cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 TB red pepper flakes (optional)<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Directions<\/u>:<\/b><br \/>\nSaute ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat until cooked. Deglaze the pan with the red wine vinegar. Add garlic and saute for about 5 minutes. Add stock\/broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce, pepper flakes, and seasoned salt. Stir well. Cover and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to skillet, stir well, return the lid and simmer for about 30 minutes.
