Butter<br>1 t. Vanilla extract<br>4 extra large Eggs ; lightly beaten<br>1 cup Pecans ; chopped<br>1 9-inch pie shell ; unbaked<br><br>INSTRUCTIONS<br>In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered six minutes, stirring constantly.<br><br>Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add eggs. Mix until well-blended.<br><br>Preheat oven to 350F. Place pecans in pie shell.
