{"id":1443,"date":"2023-08-05T21:22:51","date_gmt":"2023-08-06T01:22:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=1443"},"modified":"2023-08-05T21:22:51","modified_gmt":"2023-08-06T01:22:51","slug":"chicken-cordon-bleu-casserole-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=1443","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><u>Ingredients<\/u>:<\/b><br \/>\n16 oz rotini pasta<br \/>\n1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast<br \/>\n1 pound Cubed Ham<br \/>\n8 oz Swiss cheese<br \/>\n4 oz Gouda cheese<br \/>\n8 oz heavy cream<br \/>\n3 cups chicken broth<br \/>\n1 tbs spicy mustard<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp pepper<br \/>\n2 tbs butter<br \/>\n1 cup panko breadcrumbs<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Instant Pot Directions<\/u>:<\/b><br \/>\nPour uncooked pasta into your instant pot cover with 3 cups chicken broth.<br \/>\nPlace thin chicken strips and ham on top.<br \/>\nSprinkle seasonings and spicy mustard on top.<br \/>\nPlace on Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nDo a quick release.<br \/>\nPour in the heavy cream and add the cheese.<br \/>\nStir until creamy and smooth and all cheese is melted.<br \/>\nIn a small pan melt butter and add panko breadcrumbs stir until all are toasty and golden brown about 2-3 minutes.<br \/>\nSprinkle on top of cordon blue.
