This is our recipe for two.<br>1 tbsp veg. Oil<br>1\/2 onion chopped<br>1 clove garlic minced<br>1\/2 pound ground meat<br>1 teaspoon chili powder<br>1\/2 teaspoon salt<br>Black pepper to taste<br>1 can of tomato soup undiluted<br>15 ounce can diced tomatoes undrained<br>1 can beef broth<br>2 cups water<br>2 cups elbow macaroni pasta (uncooked)<br><br>Heat veg. Oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until the onion softens. Add the meat and cook until no longer pink. Add chili powder, salt and pepper and mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add soup, tomatoes, beef broth and water. Bring it to a boil and add pasta. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until pasta is al dente. Adjust seasoning and serve.
