Drain excess fat and set beef aside.<br \/>\nMelt butter in skillet over medium heat.<br \/>\nSlowly add the flour, stirring constantly, to form a brown roux.<br \/>\nAdd the bouillon.<br \/>\nGradually stir in the milk and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.<br \/>\nAdd the cooked ground beef, salt, and pepper.<br \/>\nBring all to a simmer, stirring constantly.
