Cook the Ramen in water<br \/>\n2. Melt butter in pan on low heat<br \/>\n3. Add garlic, soy sauce, ramen seasoning, brown sugar and chili flakes to the melted butter<br \/>\n4. Stir and saut\u00e9 until fragrant<br \/>\n5. Add ramen back to pan with spring onions, mix until everything is well combined<br \/>\n6. Add more spring onions and mayo<br \/>\n7. Final mix<br \/>\n8.
