{"id":1925,"date":"2026-03-07T20:38:24","date_gmt":"2026-03-08T01:38:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=1925"},"modified":"2026-03-07T20:38:24","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T01:38:24","slug":"pecan-cream-cheese-rolls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=1925","title":{"rendered":"Pecan Cream Cheese Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><u>Ingredients<\/u>:<b><br \/>\n8oz refrigerated crescent roll dough<br \/>\n1 cup pecan pieces<br \/>\n\u00bd cup brown sugar<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cinnamon<br \/>\n2 tablespoons butter<br \/>\n4 oz cream cheese, chilled<br \/>\n6 tablespoons butter, melted<br \/>\n\u00bd cup cream soda<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Directions<\/u>:<\/b><br \/>\nPreheat oven to 350 degrees F and thoroughly grease a 8&#215;8 baking dish.<br \/>\nIn a small bowl, mix together the pecan pieces, brown sugar, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons melted butter.<br \/>\nChop cream cheese into 8 squares.<br \/>\nOpen crescent dough and separate into triangles.<br \/>\nPlace a cube of cream cheese and spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of the dough triangle then roll up and seal.<br \/>\nOnce dough is secure, place in the baking dish. Repeat with the rest of the dough.<br \/>\nPour the remaining 6 tablespoons of melted butter over the rolls and sprinkle the remaining brown sugar pecan mixture over the top.<br \/>\nPour the cream soda around the rolls.<br \/>\nBake for 30-35 minutes or until the dough is just browning on top.
