Recipe Below.<\/p>\n<p>3 cans Mexicorn (drained)<\/p>\n<p>1 can chopped green chilis<\/p>\n<p>1 bunch green onions (chopped)<\/p>\n<p>1 cup Hellman&#8217;s Mayo<\/p>\n<p>1 Tablespoon chopped jalapeno<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 cup grated cheese<\/p>\n<p>1 cup sour cream<\/p>\n<p>Mix all ingredients together and chill for an hour or so.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Spicy Ranch Crackers<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup olive or canola oil<\/p>\n<p>1 pkg. Ranch Salad Dressing mix<\/p>\n<p>1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>3 sleeves saltine crackers<\/p>\n<p>Mix first three ingredients together in a large freezer bag until well mixed. Add the crackers and toss to coat thoroughly.
