{"id":334,"date":"2015-10-16T20:03:29","date_gmt":"2015-10-16T20:03:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=334"},"modified":"2015-10-16T20:03:29","modified_gmt":"2015-10-16T20:03:29","slug":"baked-tacos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=334","title":{"rendered":"Baked Tacos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 lb lean ground beef<\/p>\n<p>1 pkg taco seasoning<\/p>\n<p>1 can refried beans<\/p>\n<p>1\/3-1\/2 can tomato sauce<\/p>\n<p>Small flour tortillas<\/p>\n<p>Grated cheese<\/p>\n<p>Brown ground beef, drain fat if desired and add 1 1\/2 tbsp. taco seasoning, stirring to mix well. Add\u00a0beans and tomato sauce to the meat mixture. Mix it up and bring to a\u00a0simmer, stirring often. Spoon meat mixture into the middle of tortillas and place in\u00a0dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Add cheese to each taco and bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes or until the tortillas\u00a0just start browning.
