{"id":430,"date":"2016-10-04T00:28:38","date_gmt":"2016-10-04T00:28:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=430"},"modified":"2016-10-04T00:29:16","modified_gmt":"2016-10-04T00:29:16","slug":"old-fashioned-goulash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=430","title":{"rendered":"Old Fashioned Goulash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/goulash10.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/goulash10-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"goulash10\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-431\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Ingredients<\/u>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>2 lbs ground beef or turkey<br \/>\n3 tsp minced garlic<br \/>\n1 large Yellow onion, diced<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups water<br \/>\n1\/2 cup beef broth<br \/>\n1\/3 cup olive oil<br \/>\n2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce<br \/>\n2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes<br \/>\n1 T Italian seasoning<br \/>\n1 T Adobo Seasoning<br \/>\n3 bay leaves<br \/>\n1 T seasoned salt<br \/>\n1\/2 T black pepper<br \/>\n2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked<br \/>\n1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Directions<\/u>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In a large pan, saute your ground meat in skillet over medium-high heat until HALF cooked, remove from heat.<br \/>\nAdd garlic, onions, olive oil &#038; until meat is fully cooked.<br \/>\nAdd water and broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, italian seasoning, bay leaves, and seasoned salt, pepper and adobo seasoning.
