Spray a 9 x 13 glass pan with cooking spray<br \/>\nBrown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper while browning,  then drain<br \/>\nSpread ground beef in the baking dish.  Whisk together  \u2013soup and sour cream and spread over ground beef in an even layer.<br \/>\nThen sprinkle one cup of cheddar cheese over the soup layer and top with tater tots<br \/>\nBake 30 minutes.  Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese  on top and bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and tots are crispy and golden.
