{"id":498,"date":"2017-02-12T21:03:36","date_gmt":"2017-02-13T02:03:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=498"},"modified":"2017-08-05T12:43:58","modified_gmt":"2017-08-05T16:43:58","slug":"seven-layer-dip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=498","title":{"rendered":"Seven Layer Dip"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n1 12-oz can Refried beans; fat free if desired<br \/>\n2 each Tomatoes; diced-remove seeds and pulp<br \/>\n1 bunch Green onions; sliced<br \/>\n1 small can Chopped black olives; drained (optional)<br \/>\n1 cup Prepared guacamole; or my guacamole salad recipe posted on bigoven (omit tomatoes)<br \/>\n1 package Taco seasoning<br \/>\n1 cup Sour cream; fat free if desired<br \/>\n2 cups Mexican blend cheese; Shredded<br \/>\nPickled jalapeno slices; optional-for garnish<\/p>\n<p>Preparation<br \/>\nMix taco seasoning with sour cream in a small bowl. In an 8 x 8 baking dish or pie dish, spread the beans over the bottom of the pan. Layer with tomatoes, then onions, olives, guacamole, sour cream mixture, and sprinkle cheese on top. Garnish with a few jalapeno slices on top, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
