Chili powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp cumin<\/p>\n<p>Put tomatoes, broth, seasonings and rice in a saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 min.
