Cook sausage until browned. Set aside. Mix cream cheese with Parmesan cheese. Add cooked sausage and mix well. Rinse jalape\u00f1os. Cut each jalape\u00f1o lengthwise and remove seeds. Stuff jalape\u00f1os with sausage mixture.
