{"id":868,"date":"2019-09-02T21:07:08","date_gmt":"2019-09-03T01:07:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=868"},"modified":"2021-06-05T11:32:12","modified_gmt":"2021-06-05T15:32:12","slug":"cream-cheese-banana-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookbook.maynardfolks.com\/?p=868","title":{"rendered":"Cream Cheese Banana Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 stick unsalted butter-melted<\/li><li>1 cup all purpose flour<\/li><li>1 tsp baking soda<\/li><li>1\/4 tsp salt<\/li><li>3\/4 cup granulated sugar<\/li><li>1\/4 cup whole milk<\/li><li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li><li>1 large egg + 1 egg yolk<\/li><li>3 bananas<\/li><li>1\/2 cup chopped walnuts<\/li><li>1 large egg<\/li><li>4 oz cream cheese softened<\/li><li>2 tbsp granulated sugar<\/li><li>2 tbsp all purpose flour<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 350F<\/li><li>Prepare a 9&#215;5 loaf pan with non stick spray.<\/li><li>In a small bowl, whisk together the one cup flour, baking soda and<\/li><li>salt. Set aside.<\/li><li>In a large bowl, mix together the 3\/4 cup sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, egg + egg yolk,<\/li><li>until well combined.<\/li><li>In a small bowl, mash up the bananas and then fold them into the wet mixture.<\/li><li>Pour the dry mixture into the large bowl and mix everything until combined.<\/li><li>In a small bowl, cream together the egg, cream cheese, sugar and flour.<\/li><li>Pour half the bread batter into your prepared pan.
