Ingredients:
1 jalapeƱo
2-3 Anaheim or hatch chiles
750ml blanco tequila or mezcal (El Jimador preferred)
Directions:
Roast peppers in the oven under the broiler until charred and smelling fine
Rough chop peppers and put in large mason jar
Pour tequila over peppers and let sit 24-72 hours or longer. The longer it sits, the more flavor and spice you get
Strain tequila and pour back into the bottle.
