Ingredients:
1lb Ground Sausage (Maple/Hot)
4 large eggs
2c Pancake Mix
1 1/2c Water
1c grated cheddar
1/4c maple syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
While oven is preheating, crumble and brown sausage. Once browned, remove to plate or bowl lined with a paper towel to drain.
Next scramble your 4 eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste, cook in pan where sausage was fried (without wiping out)
Next in a large bowl combine pancake mix, water, cheddar cheese, sausage, eggs, and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
Fill muffin tin with batter, and fill to the top.
Bake for 16-18 mins until golden brown then cool for 10min before removing.
Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
