
2 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp. Liquid smoke
1 cup water
Drizzle of Dales Seasoning
BBQ sauce
Put water in bottom of pot with liquid smoke. Add the trivet and place chicken on it. Drizzle with Dales then brush on BBQ suace liberally. Pressure cook 10 min then natural release 10 min. Move chicken to baking sheet and brush with more BBQ sauce. Broil 10 min on each side of until carmelized.
