1 lb ground meat
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried onion
Dash of garlic powder
1 tablespoon Ranch dressing
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
Sliced onion to taste
2 packages McCormick brown gravy mix
Mix up first 9 ingredients and form into patties and fry until browned and cooked through. Transfer to baking dish and add onion slices on top of each patty. Mix up two packages of brown gravy mix and pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until gravy thickens and onions are translucent. Serve over mashed potatoes if desired.
