Italian Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound Lean ground meat
2 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder ; or to taste
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
10 Saltine crackers ; crushed
1 medium Onion ; chopped fine
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/3 cup Water
2 1 pound 10 ounce Prego Spaghetti Sauce
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Directions:
Mix in medium mixing bowl using your hands:
Ground meat, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, crackers, onion.1
Roll the meat into 2 inch balls and heat the oil in the skillet. Brown the meatballs in the skillet, turning to brown on all sides.
Heat in large sauce pan while the meat balls are frying:
Spaghetti sauce, water, and sugar.
When the meat balls are browned on all sides, transfer them to the heated sauce, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over hot spaghetti or your favorite pasta with garlic toast and a salad.
