Yorkshire Pudding

Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients:
4 large eggs, room temp
2 cups whole milk
280g AP flour
2 Tbsp roast dripping/neutral oil
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Preheat oven and pan to 400 F
When oven and pan are ready, lube the pan up with drippings or a neutral oil and put it back in the oven until it starts to smoke a little. Pour in pudding batter and fry/bake in the oven for about 30 min or until risen and golden brown.
