Ingredients:
2 1/2 C AP Flour
4 tsp baking powder
4 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 3/4 C buttermilk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
1. Add all dry ingredients to a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk together.
2. Add buttermilk to dry ingredients and mix until combined into a shaggy dough ball
3. Melt 1 stick of unsalted butter and pour into the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish
4. Plop dough ball into melted butter and spread it out evenly in the pan, submerging the dough in the butter in some places.
5. Pre-cut biscuits into 9 pieces
6. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until tops are golden brown
