S’Mores Mug Cake
Ingredients:
– 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
– 3 tbsp granulated sugar
– 1 tbsp cocoa powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 3 teaspoon milk
– 1 tbsp oil, such as vegetable or canola
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Chocolate chunks
– Graham cracker crumbles
– 1 marshmallows
Directions:
- In a mug, mix all the ingredients together except the graham cracker crumbles, marshmallows, chocolate chunks.
- Once combined, mix graham cracker crumbles and chocolate chunks.
- Push one big marshmallow into batter.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
- Let cool one minute before eating.
- Enjoy!
Cookies and Cream Mug Cake
Ingredients:
– 1/4 tbsp all-purpose flour
– 4 tbsp granulated white sugar
– Oreo crumbs
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 4 teaspoon fat-free milk
– 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a mug, mix all the ingredients together.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
- Let cool one minute before eating.
- Enjoy!
Funfetti Mug Cake
Ingredients:
– 1/4 tbsp all purpose flour
– 2 tsp granulated white sugar
– 1 1/2 teaspoon sprinkles
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 4 tbsp milk
– 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Frosting
Directions:
- In a mug, mix all the ingredients together except the frosting.
- Once combined, put frosting on top of the batter.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
- Let cool one minute before eating.

Strawberry Shortcake in a Mug
Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 tbsp granulated sugar
– 1 small strawberries, diced, plus more for topping
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 4 tbsp whole or 2% milk
– 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Strawberry jam
Directions:
- In a mug, mix all the ingredients together except the strawberry jam.
- Once combined, put the strawberry jam on top of the batter.
- Drag the tip of a wooden skewer or knife through the jam, to create a swirl design.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
- Let cool one minute before eating.
