Fettuccine

3/4 stick butter

1 cup cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Melt butter, stir in cream and cook and stir until the mixture thickens a little. Add cheese and melt using a whisk while cooking to make it smooth and creamy. Spoon over hot pasta.
