1 can Ro-tel
1 14 oz can chicken or beef broth
1 cup Uncle Bens long grain parboiled rice
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
Put tomatoes, broth, seasonings and rice in a saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 min. Stir and serve.
