Ingerdients:
1 lb. pinto beans
water
1 table spoon salt
Instructions:
1. rinse beans
2. boil beans and water
3. after boiling, being down to a low boil (30% heat)
4. boil for approx 2-3 hrs. They are done when all the beans have split skin
5. Add salt, continue to boil for another 10-15 min
6. Eat
Re-boil the beans daily, they last without refrigeration for approx 4 days. Refrigeration is iffy.
