Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 cups macaroni noodles
  • 2 cups milk
  • 5 cups (one block) freshly grated cheddar
  • 1.25 cups sour cream
  • 1 stick (8 tbsp) butter
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • ~1 tbsp salt
  • ~1 tbsp pepper
  • ~1 tbsp ground mustard

Recipe

Cook noodles for 6 minutes and drain.
Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat, slowly adding shredded cheese until fully melted.
Add all ingredients into crock pot.
Cook on low for 2 1/2 hours, stirring about every hour.
Set to keep warm until ready to serve.
